Husband of Julie Martin, father of Brian Martin. He and his wife were planning a trip to Chile on the day of The Disaster. When it happened, Lee was just out of wireless range, and was unaffected by the virus. He attempted to help those who had collapsed, however, and succumbed to the virus once his HPlus Implant was within reception. Julie pulled Lee out of reception range before the virus could kill him, but he collapsed and went into a coma. Kenneth Lubahn attempted to save him by building an FES device from spare car parts, but ultimately Lee succumbed to the virus.
