A company approached by HPlus Nano Teoranta five years before The Disaster to provide the wireless network over which the HPlus Implants would communicate. They are reported to have "the most reliable network infrastructure," and "the world's largest and most secure network." The two companies entered into a partnership and successfully launched both the implants and the global network.
