This'll be short. I'm very excited about this series, and really looking forward to the end of this season. The combination of mystery, spirituality, and technology has really pulled me in. I'm also very interested in the entire Transhumanism movement in general, so seeing where people's imaginations go involving entirely possible advances in real-life technology is a lot of fun.
Good science fiction explores philosophy in a way that realistic fiction can't, by removing some of the barriers of reality that currently keep us from seeing from certain perspectives (for example, the use of androids to explore the nature of what it is that makes humans, or intelligence, or the soul, unique...). I can't wait to see more of what this series is trying to offer.
