Trailer12

I first heard about this series when a friend posted the trailer on Facebook. Fans of Joss Whedon often keep up on what actors who have appeared in his projects are doing next. In this case, it was Alexis Denisof who has appeared in Whedon's Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Angel and Dollhouse. He's a terrific actor, and I think it's well worth following his career.

The premise of H+ doesn't sound all too dissimilar to the "Epitaph" portions of Dollhouse, which were episodes that looked into the future of the story that included a post-apocalyptic setting brought on by mankind's careless handling of an innovative, new technology. In H+, that technology is a voluntary upgrade to your body that enables you to fully interact and essentially become a part of the internet.

Unfortunately, not a lot else is known about the series, and apart from recognizing actors in the only trailer released, they haven't even released a full cast list yet. We do know that Bryan Singer is producing, and he's apparently been working on developing this since 2008. You know him as the director of the first two X-Men movies, Superman Returns and The Usual Suspects.

I'll be watching progress on H+ closely, and hopefully we get a release date soon.
